Roaring River Vineyards First Come, First Serve Policy
Effective immediately, Roaring River Vineyards will operate on a First Come, First Serve basis for all seating and service. We are no longer accepting reservations.
Policy Details:
- General Seating: All tables and seating areas will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Guests will be seated in the order of arrival.
- Large Groups (8+ Guests): While reservations are not accepted, we encourage large groups to call ahead so we can do our best to accommodate your party upon arrival. Calling ahead does not guarantee immediate seating but helps us prepare for your visit.
- Waitlist Procedure: During peak hours, if seating is unavailable, guests may join a waitlist. The staff will provide estimated wait times based on availability.
- Table Holding Policy: We kindly ask that all guests be present before being seated. Tables cannot be held for extended periods if the full party is not available.
- Service Expectations: All guests will be served in the order they arrive. While we strive for efficiency, wait times may vary during busy hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- Special Events & Private Bookings: Certain events, such as wine tastings, private gatherings, or ticketed events, may have separate seating arrangements. Please refer to event details or contact us for more information.
