RESERVATION POLICY

Thank you for considering Roaring River Vineyards/Chez Josephine for your dining experience. To ensure the best service and experience for all our guests, we have implemented the following reservation policy:

  • Reservation Requirement:
    • Reservations are required for guaranteed table availability and access to our full menu on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Walk-Ins Subject to Availability:
    • Walk-in guests are welcome, but table availability is subject to availability at the time of arrival. We will accommodate walk-ins to the best of our ability, but please note that during peak hours, there may be a wait time.
    • Being a small business our food availability can change with high business volume, reservations have priority for available menu.
  • Reservation Confirmation:
    • To secure your reservation, we kindly request that you make your reservation in advance through our website, phone, or in person.
  • Late Arrival:
    • We will hold your reservation for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time. If you anticipate arriving late, please notify us in advance to ensure we can still accommodate your party.
  • Group Reservations:
    • For parties of 15 – 20, please contact us directly to make arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate your group and ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
    • For parties of 21 or over, we do NOT take regular reservations. Large groups affect the flow of regular business due to the size of our establishment.
  • Special Requests:
    • If you have any special requests or dietary restrictions, please inform us at the time of booking, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please do so at least 1 day in advance. This allows us to accommodate other guests who may be waiting for a table.
